MEMBER BENEFITS:

FREE SHIPPING: shipping is always free, whether you order 1 toy a month or 10. You can also ship to multiple addresses at any time at no extra charge! This service comes in handy if you decide to ship toys to your vacation destination.

50% off rental fees: enjoy additional savings as a member. Your 50% discount is taken off on your shopping cart page. This is a monthly, recurring fee, allowing you to keep the products as long as you like.

No minimums, restrictions, or due dates: you have maximum flexibility that lets you keep the toys as long or as short as you want. You can even send back one toy that your child isn't playing with while keeping others that he/she is - when you are ready to return your products, just request a pickup date by emailing orders@toyconomy.com.

TOYplay Tips: You will receive an exclusive discount (in addition to your TOYmember discount!) for the product featured on our TOYplay Tip page. TOYplay Tips are real parent reviews of products available to rent on our website. Not only will parents write about their personal experience, but will provide ideas about how to creatively engage your child with that particular product and maximize your play time together! No promotion code is needed - TOYmembers can simply add the product to their cart and enjoy the additional savings! All past TOYplay Tips can be found on our blog.

New products: you have first access to new products added to our inventory. You will receive an email as soon as new products are added instead of waiting for our monthly newsletter announcement, ensuring you are first in line to try new products!

Special requests: if you have a special request for a product you would like to try that is either not on our website or out of stock, you can email orders@toyconomy.com and your request will receive first priority.

Birthday surprise: During your child's birthday month, they will receive a special gift from TOYconomy to help celebrate their birthday. Be sure to fill out your child(ren)'s information in your account if you would like to participate in this program for kids ages 10 and under.

 TOYbucks: you can earn free rentals through referrals and TOYtrade.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Membership fees: your first month's membership fee is $1.00. After the first month, your credit card will be charged $9.99/month until your membership is cancelled. As a member, you will have access to all member benefits after completing your order for membership.

Cancelling your membership: You may cancel your membership anytime after 60 days. You will have 10 business days to return all products and your storage tote or the TOYmember's chosen method of payment will be charged for the price of purchasing the products. Once your products and storage tote are returned, your membership will be deactivated. You can activate your membership again at any time. Email orders@toyconomy.com to request your membership to be cancelled.

Rental fees: members receive 50% off rental fees. Member rental fees are recurring each month until your products are returned.

Shipping and delivery/return: members receive free shipping on all orders, even when placing multiple orders in one month. All orders will be delivered via FedEx. Members are responsible for contacting TOYconomy to schedule your pickup date for returning products. Please email orders@toyconomy.com to request a pickup date (allow 3 business days for scheduling your pickup).

TOYsurance: members can select TOYsurance for any rental product. The TOYsurance fee will be added to your discounted rental fee.

Returns:

TOYmembers are responsible for scheduling their pickup when they are ready to return the products. TOYmembers should email orders@toyconomy.com to request a pickup date and can go to Schedule My Pickup for more information. Please note: your chosen method of payment will be charged the discounted product rental fee every 30 days until the product(s) is returned.

On your scheduled pickup day, you should have the product(s) packaged in the original box and packaging material and leave it outside your door by 8:00 a.m. FedEx will pick up your box directly from your shipping address between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
