Schedule a Pick Up

TOYmembers may keep products as long as you want! When you are ready to return your products, email orders@toyconomy.com with your request for pickup.

Please include the following information in your email (you can simply copy and paste the information into your email):

Note: Pickup days are Monday-Friday only (excluding holidays). Please allow 3 business days for your pickup.

Send this information to orders@toyconomy.com. You will receive a confirmation for your pickup day and time. You will need to package your products (you can use the original box and packaging material that was sent to you) and leave the box outside your door by 8:00 a.m. on the morning of your scheduled pickup day. FedEx will pick up your package between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
